What is the maximum group size?

Casa Arkaana accommodates up to 20 participants. Accommodation options include 4 Jungle Casitas (8 guests), 2 Glamping tents (4 guests), and Veranda rooms. Contact us for specific configurations.

Do you provide catering for the full retreat?

Yes. Our kitchen team prepares plant-forward, nourishing meals throughout the retreat — sourced from our living farm-acy and local producers. Dietary needs (vegan, gluten-free, allergies) fully accommodated.

Can I bring my own facilitators or healers?

Absolutely. You are the program director of your retreat. You're welcome to bring your own team, and our Casa Arkaana facilitators can complement your program with add-on experiences if desired.

Are facturas (Mexican invoices) available?

Yes. We issue official Mexican facturas for international facilitators who need documentation for business purposes. Please request this during your inquiry.

How do I get my participants here?

Cancún Airport (CUN) is 90 minutes away; Tulum Airport is 60 minutes. We coordinate group transfers. The Xcacel Turtle Sanctuary beach is 15 minutes from the property.

Do you provide contracts and what is the cancellation policy?

Yes, we work with formal agreements. Cancellation policy and deposit structure are outlined in your proposal. Contact us for current terms.

Is there WiFi on the property?

Limited WiFi is available for essential needs. We are an off-grid sanctuary — many facilitators intentionally use Casa Arkaana's natural disconnection as part of the retreat experience.

Can we hold plant medicine or ceremonial work?

Casa Arkaana is a sanctuary for deep transformational work. Please reach out directly to discuss your specific program — we approach each inquiry with care and intention.
